自制寿司

先把大米焖好，放了一些香米，再调一点寿司醋(醋糖盐按照60:50:8比例调制)，寿司醋和大米按一定比例活匀，使其粘性适度。

铺好紫菜卷，再上面铺匀拌好的大米，再放上鸡蛋卷，黄瓜条和笋条(这个可以根据自己喜好安排)

最后成卷，用调制后已经有粘性的米封口，在卷的过程中注意要使劲挤压，这样在切的时候不至于散开，比较省力。

准备调料(芥末加生抽)，建议使用正宗地道芥末，最后开吃。
