雨后的奥森，空气格外清新，全家来奥森游玩，走在被雨水浸湿的道路上，看着争相开放的各种鲜花，忍不住都想要多呼吸几大口新鲜空气，心情很是惬意。
哥哥在忙着摄影，弟弟在忙着自拍，雨后的鲜花格外鲜艳，有肥又大的鱼儿活蹦乱跳，难得酷酷炎热下如此凉爽的一天，多么欢快的一天。

其实这个问题已经困扰我很长时间了，虽然我在币圈还是小学生，用过的工具也很少，最早用过币安，但自从币安被墙以后就改用火币和gate.io了，这些工具目前都支持分账户显示，如合约账户，理财账户，杠杠账户等，也都能很好的体现资金流水，委托流水和成交流水。可是在主要的币币账户下却只显示个人资产，而没有针对某支币的盈亏分析和成本价。
诚然，精确地计算成本和盈亏其实不是一件很容易的事情，而且不同算法结果肯定也不一样，但是对用户来说这个指标却是很重要的参考，对用户体验相信也会很有帮助。如果有哪个平台率先提供单支币的成本价和盈亏分析，我相信一定会圈粉无数。
话说回来，扯的有些远，作为平台最关心的还是流动性，所以可以看到各种玩法会不断涌现出来，比如杠杠，期权，交易挖矿等等。而对于风险控制，客户服务却相对关心的少了很多。
也许，当币圈被监管之后可能会有改观吧？而被监管是不是又失去了去中心化的特性了呢？或者，被监管又是一种被认可呢？

既有营养又好看又好吃，还有点”吉野家”的风格。不仅喂饱了我们的肚子，还很有创意，考虑给这道面起个名字吧，就叫”王记面食”如何？

弟弟画的”动物园”
今天早上，偶然发现弟弟书包里的画，简单问了他两句画的是什么？
弟弟说这是动物园，左边有大象，正在喷水，中间是长颈鹿，动物园里还有暖阳，绿叶等等。最后弟弟告诉我，他也在动物园里，问我有没有看到他？我仔细找了找，哈，是不是骑在长颈鹿上的是你？我问弟弟。弟弟很委婉的笑了笑，然后就走开了。
小朋友画的画还真是挺有意思的，早上时间比较紧张，没有和弟弟聊太多，我想这副画里还有很多场景和内容，也有小朋友的很多想法和创意在里面，晚上再和他多聊聊吧。

当合并重组发生在身边~
金融市场瞬息万变，往往在不经意之间已有大手笔大动作发生（真实情况其实是自己职务低微，知道的最晚而已）。
今天参加一个评标得知，昨天交易所刚刚披露该招标采购方（子公司）的大股东拟全部出清所持有的该公司股份，和子公司的老朋友聊天，不由得感概万千，当合并重组真正发生在自己身边时才发现，在资本面前，个人是那么的渺小和脆弱。
朋友公司已经炸锅，但被要求在媒体面前必须统一口径。其实该公司董事长也才刚上任不久，不确定合并重组会带来哪些改变，但基本可以肯定的是人员组织一定会先变。
接下来还会发生什么事情呢？稳定是第一位的，不然没有办法对现任大股东交待，肯定也会影响市场估价。 有意向的买家可能会开始接触，开始做净值调查。合并重组的过渡期一般都不会很快，拖得时间越长对员工的心理折磨可能会越深。
