无油香蕉松饼

这两天娃们期末考试,好好给他们准备一下早餐,希望他们吃得好,考个好成绩。

食材准备:香蕉一根;鸡蛋一个;牛奶70g;面粉80g;少许盐

制作步骤:
1、 把熟透的香蕉用小刀切成薄片,而后捣成泥状
2、 放入鸡蛋和牛奶,盐,一起搅拌,要搅拌均匀
3、 再放入面粉一起搅拌,最后成糊状,也不要太稀,像浓稠一些的酸奶
4、 准备好不粘锅,用中小火热锅1到2分钟,不用放油,而后挖一勺放锅里
5、 看到表面有小气孔,然后翻面再热,大概再一分钟,然后就可以出锅了
Production steps:
- Slice the ripe bananas with a knife and mash them
- Add the egg, milk and salt, and whisk together
- Add the flour and stir together until it becomes a paste, not too thin, like thick yogurt
- Prepare a non-stick skillet and heat it over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes without adding oil
- See the little blowhole on the surface, and then turn it over and heat it up again, about a minute, and then it’s ready to eat
