做一道经典的家常菜

1.花生事先炒好,记住凉油放花生,炒至颜色变深香味散出取出
2.黄瓜胡萝卜切丁,鸡胸肉切丁放盐,生抽,淀粉搅拌充分,腌制20分钟
3.油加热至7成,放入大葱,蒜末姜末,再放入一勺豆瓣酱,大火翻炒至香味散出,倒入肉丁,黄瓜丁和胡萝卜丁,继续大火翻炒大概两分钟,把炒好的花生米倒入,最后放适量耗油,生抽和盐,翻炒片刻出锅
