蜜汁鸡翅

用凉水把鸡翅中焯一下,放姜片和料酒去腥,鸡翅正反面各切两刀,放入大碗中,放生抽食盐,黑胡椒粉和淀粉,充分搅拌,再放食用油锁住水分,腌制三十分钟。

用平底锅刷一层油,油热七成,放入腌制好的鸡翅,煎至两面焦黄,放入蜂蜜,使其均匀淋在鸡翅上面,继续煎至熟,最后撒些白芝麻,这样蜜汁鸡翅就做好了。
