前天我家熊孩纸画的红旗是为了参加@deemarshall主办的红色主题活动，也是让熊孩纸积极一点，他没学过画画，都是在家胡乱画的，可能有点感兴趣但人很懒，很少主动去画…最多画个他稀饭的啥军事类的武器装备吧…😅

我看见steemit上有这画画活动一般都会告诉他，这次红色主题，也没跟他讲画神马，他随后就画了那面红旗，嗯这个想法值得鼓励👍 可是交了熊孩纸的作品，主办人说要我亲自画…😂 好吧…这次是我亲自画的…希望可以通过…😅

话说我的画画连小学生都不如…只是会照葫芦画瓢而已…😂 这次为了献丑就豁出去了哈…😅

以下是我的画画步骤

Here are my drawing steps

1⃣ 首先我在图画本上画了一个小圆形，和两根直线，这是画红旗的旗杆

First I drew a small circle and two straight lines in the picture book. This is the flagpole for drawing a red flag

2⃣ 然后再沿着旗杆往右外方向，画出波浪形的迎风飘扬的红旗

Then along the flagpole outward to the right direction, draw a wave of fluttering red flag

3⃣ 第三步在红旗上画上五颗五角星，画完之后再上色

The third step is to paint five five-pointed stars on the red flag

最后就是拿水彩笔给旗面涂上红色，旗杆也涂上深蓝色，五星红旗就画好了~完成!

Finally is to take a watercolor pen to the flag painted red, the flagpole also painted dark blue, the five-star red flag on the drawing ~ complete!

五星红旗是我们中国🇨🇳 的国旗，希望大家和我样喜欢!

千头万绪，不知要从何说起 …没想过一堂关于保险知识的课能把人看哭了!😭

买健康险是为了赔钱还是为了活下来？

刚入职保险的时候，我觉得保险是为了创造条件活下来

做了一段时间，接触了很多立场错误的客户，也开始觉得买重疾是为了能身故了给家人留点钱（我曾一度傻到天真😣 要留钱给家人，定寿比重疾划算的多呀），到后来又开始反思保险的理念和我选择保险，从事保险的初心，才认定购买健康保险是为了活命!!对生命的敬畏，才是行业生存的基石

张大夫说的活着需要闯过的四关，我觉得总结的很好 ~ 我基本都有亲身经历，每个穿插的小视频，我都能感同身受 …正确的治疗，及时的治疗，持续的治疗，以及最后能不能保住生命的意义…不能免俗的，都需要金钱作为基石

这个时候，重疾保险作为解决问题的工具来缓解风险甚至于完全释放风险的作用不言而喻

但是人的一生，不只有重疾的风险，还有很多各种各样的健康风险（题外话，所以我们能平安健康的长大，真的要感谢父母，珍惜自我），所以单一的险种根本无法覆盖所有的健康风险，这就需要我们专业的保险规划师出马了…🤔 怎样根据顾客的需求制定尽可能完善的保险配置计划，真是一门边摸索边成长的终身课业啊!!

小伙伴们都听了课，可我还是想在最后把健康险代理人的初心放在这里，因为这个初心正契合了我的初心💗

“把客户的生命放在一切的首位，牢记客户购买健康保障不是为了获得赔偿，而是希望能够在陷入病痛之际能够因此存活，每一张保单都是一个生命的尊严，每一份保障都承载了一个家庭的希望！”

PS:昨天看到一个新闻，肺癌免疫治疗的O药，一个月大概需要1.8万到2.1万，没有入社保，全自费的!讲真!如果患者知道这个药费情况，我觉得非常打击他们的求生欲望，因为没有谁想成为家人的负担啊!… 这个时候，我才深刻的明白，为什么张医生说的重疾保障才是求生之王!!

这首儿歌让我想起了童年趣事，和小盆友们快乐的玩耍…好有意境…还有画面感，回忆儿时的童真快乐👏还有和邻居小伙伴的搞怪事情，嘴角都会不自觉地勾起，感动之余还会让人心安慰噢…好美🤗真的好有怀念意义…💗

听着听着特放松心情…这是一首让成年人听了都会莫名的感动~~ 也是一首让宝宝听了就会自然而然的安心入睡，每当宝宝闹情绪无法入睡的时候就给他听这首歌…亲试有效喔~✨

他在上面写了“中国五星红旗13亿人的骄傲” 五星红旗是革命先烈用鲜血染红的，五颗星代表着人民群众紧密团结一心!!他说五星红旗是中国的国旗，是中国的太阳☀️ 更是中国的灵魂!五星红旗代表着中国人的尊严，无论在哪里，五星红旗都是我们的骄傲和自豪!

I saw this great event on the recommendation of @cn-activity… Thank you very much for the many great activities you recommended.👍

Then my bear child drew a Chinese five-star red flag to participate in the red theme painting event held by @deemarshall

He wrote on it “the pride of 1.3 billion people of China’s Five-Star Red Flag”. Five-Star Red Flag is a revolutionary martyr dyed red with blood, and five stars represent the people’s close unity!! He said that Five-Star Red Flag is the national flag of China, the sun of China, and the soul of China! Five-Star Red Flag represents the dignity of the Chinese people, wherever it is, the Five-Star Red Flag is our pride and pride!

The bear child said very well. 👍😄 Painting skills are general. 😅

每当夜幕降临时，八一广场璀璨的夜景令人陶醉啊!!🌠但最令人瞩目的是八一广场上的八一起义纪念塔!!🌟

‘‘八一”是代表我们南昌的名词，在南昌英雄城的每处角落都可以寻找到八一元素，但最具代表八一精神的建筑，就是这尊更像碑的八一南昌起义纪念塔🌟

据历史记载约1977年建成至今!八一南昌起义纪念塔已成为我们南昌这座城市的象征!🌟
纪念塔的正北面是由中国历史性大人物叶剑英元帅题写的‘‘八一南昌起义纪念塔’’九个铜胎鎏金大字，八一南昌起义纪念塔下面嵌刻了‘‘八一南昌起义简介’’花岗石碑，其它三面是‘‘宣布起义’’、‘‘攻打敌营’’、‘‘欢呼胜利’’三幅大型花岗石浮雕筑，塔身两侧各有一牌翼墙，嵌有中国工农红军旗徽浮雕!!塔顶则由直立的花岗石雕步枪和红色花岗石拼贴的中国人民解放军军旗组成!!(由于观赏的人太多…近拍较困难，在这就文字简单介绍下了)

整个纪念塔造型威武!!霸气!!雄伟挺拔!!寓意深刻…上下分别设置的多层灯光和多组投射灯，使夜间塔身显得特别通透明亮🌟并昭示着人们八一军旗永远的鲜红亮丽💫💫💫

When night falls, the dazzling night view of Bayi Square is intoxicating. ! 🌠 But the most striking thing is the Bayi Uprising Memorial Tower in Bayi Square! !🌟

“Bayi” is a noun representing Nanchang. The Bayi element can be found in every corner of Nanchang Hero City, but the most representative building of Bayi spirit is the Bayi Nanchang Uprising Memorial Tower, which is more like a monument.🌟

According to historical records, it has been completed since about 1977. August 1 Nanchang Uprising Memorial Tower has become a symbol of our Nanchang city!🌟
Just north of the monument is the “August 1st Nanchang Uprising Monument” inscribed by Marshal Ye Jianying, a historic figure in China. Nine large bronze-gilded characters are inscribed on the monument. The next August 1st Nanchang Uprising Monument is inscribed with the granite monument “Introduction to August 1st Nanchang Uprising”. The other three sides are inscribed with three large granite reliefs: “Announcing Uprising”, “Attacking Enemy Camp” and “Hailing Victory”. On both sides of the tower are a plate of wing wall embedded with relief relief of the flag emblem of the Chinese Red Army of Workers and Peasants surrounded by pine and evergreen. ! The top of the tower consists of an upright granite carving rifle and a Chinese People’s Liberation Army military flag collaged with red granite. ! The whole monument looks awesome! ! Aggressive! ! Magnificent and straight! !
