山东省泰安市岱岳区是1985年泰安建市划区时设立的县级行政区，是原泰安县、泰安市（县级）的主体。全区总面积917.2平方公里，辖9镇，2个街道，471个行政村（社区），59.8万人。

As a county-level administrative region, Daiyue District of Tai’an City, Shandong Province was established in 1985. It’s the main part of the former Tai’an County as well as Tai’an City (county-level). The Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Tai’an Station, as one of the 21 stations, has an average of over 20000 passengers per day. （1）岱岳区矿产资源得天独厚，已发现石膏、岩盐、玉石、钾盐、石灰岩等矿产资源45种，其中石膏储量247亿吨，列全国第一；岩盐保有储量21.7亿吨，是山东省食用盐和工业用盐的重要生产基地；泰山玉石储量900万吨，具有巨大的经济价值。

The reserves of rock salt are 2.17 billion tons, which is the main production base of edible salt and industrial salt in Shandong Province. And the reserves of Taishan jade are over 9 million tons, having great economic value.

1、工业制造业。以大汶口工业园、岱岳新兴产业园、岱岳现代装备制造产业园为全区工业主战场，着力发展装备制造、绿色建材、新材料、新能源等主导产业，重点培植玻纤产业园、泰和产业园、信发项目群、中检科泰山中心、绿色建材集聚区5家百亿级企业。引进中石油、中建材等世界500强投资企业18家，中国农资等国内500强投资企业7家。泰山玻纤、泰山石膏国际国内行业领先，华伟重工、宏康机械、康平纳数控机床等企业生机勃发。泰安新材料和新型建材示范区、泰安现代盐化工基地等7大项目，列入新旧动能转换重大工程和重大平台。

1.Industrial Manufacturing.
Taking Dawenkou Industrial Park, Daiyue Emerging Industrial Park, and Shankou Modern Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park as the main battlefield of the whole industry, Daiyue District strives to develop green building materials, equipment manufacturing, new materials, new energy and other leading industries, and focuses on the cultivation of five ten-billion enterprises: fiberglass industrial park, Taihe Group industrial park, Xinfa projects group, Taishan Center of Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine, and green building materials gathering area. 2、农业。“自古文明膏腴地，齐鲁必争汶阳田”。岱岳区是全国粮食生产先进县、国家现代农业示范区、全国休闲农业与乡村旅游示范县。立足资源分布，按照“一区、五园、多体”布局，大力发展集产业园、科技园、创业园和田园综合体为主要要素的“三园一体”现代农业都市园区，重点培育绿色生态颐养示范园、休闲观光示范园、设施与特色农业示范园、农耕文化示范园、现代物流示范园，发展多个农业特色小镇或田园综合体，实现一产二产三产融合发展。曼华庄园、泰山茶溪谷、万亩梨园、汶田谷粒等项目正在加快建设，中草药产业园、双孢菇产业园、采摘休闲农业产业园、农创园等特色园区正在策划推进。

Since ancient times, Daiyue District is a fertile land of human civilization, and a place of strategic importance. It has been honored as Advanced County of Grain Production in China, National Modern Agricultural Demonstration Zone, and National Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism Demonstration County. Based on the distribution of resources, and in accordance with the layout of “one district, five parks, multi function”, it strives to develop an urban modern agricultural park, with “three parks and one complex”, which is mainly composed of industrial park, technology park, business park and pastoral complex, and focuses on the cultivation of green ecological home demonstration garden and leisure sightseeing demonstration park, facilities and characteristic agricultural demonstration garden, farming culture demonstration park, and modern logistics park to develop a number of distinctive agricultural towns or pastoral complexes. In this way the integrated development of primary industry, second industry and third industry can be achieved. Manhua Vineyard, Taishan Tea Valley, Pear Orchard and other projects are under construction, and Chinese herbal medicine industrial park, Agaricus bisporus industrial park, picking and leisure agriculture industrial park, agricultural creative garden and other characteristic parks are in the stage of planning and promoting.

3、金融服务业。充分发挥城区优势，规划建设了岱岳金融服务业聚集区和泰安市金融商务区，积极引进全国和地方性金融机构、大型金融企业总部、金融创新研发中心，金融产业加快集聚。已引进浦发银行、浙商财保、中信证券、恒丰典当等金融及类金融企业60多家。

3.Financial Services Industry. Giving full play to the location advantages of urban area, Daiyue District strives to build Daiyue Financial Service Industry Gathering Area and Tai’an Financial Business District, and actively introduces national and local financial institutions, the headquarters of large financial companies, financial innovation and R & D center, to promote the development of financial industry clustering. Up till now it has introduced 60 financial enterprises such as Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, China Everbright Bank, Zhejiang PICC, CITIC Securities, Hengfeng Pawn Shop, gradually becoming the most concentrated financial service industry gathering area with the most complete financial systems and the most perfect service facilities.

4.Cultural Tourism. Based on the positioning of “sightseeing in Mount Tai and enjoying leisure time in Daiyue”, and adopting the mode of “dislocation development and region-wide co-construction”, Daiyue District speeds up the development of the cultural tourism in the south, the folk tourism in the west, the leisure tourism in the north, and the rural tourism in the east, and vigorously cultivates the medical and health industry. 从微信上看到一篇帖子《我为什么宁死也要远离底层社会？》，并举了几个例子，来说明这样的一个观点：上等社会人捧人，中等社会人比人，下等社会人踩人。

但这篇帖子对上、中、下三个社会的最根本区别的分析，在我看来还是一语中的的：上层社会的人，每个人都在盯着对方的长处；中层社会的人，每个人都在等待别人的好处；下层社会的人，每个人都在等别人的笑话。其实，这也是一线城市、二三线城市、广大县城农村的区别；一线城市有能力的人太多，大家互相制衡，所以彼此只能遵守规则；二三线城市虽有基础设施但机会太少，大家只能大眼瞪小眼，空有一腔抱负；广大县城和农村基本就是地头蛇的天下了，关系比能力重要，算计大于努力，攀比高于生活。

从农村到三线城市，再到县级机关，可以说我一直生活在底层社会里，耳濡目染，亲身经历，还有很多事情发生在自己身上。真可谓，言之凿凿情之切切，感触至深。

上世纪七、八十年代，可以说夜不闭户，路无拾遗，邻里之间，串门走动，和睦相处，亲如一家，一方有难八方支援；就算偶尔有个小偷，却如过街老鼠，人人喊打。也许没有比较的缘故，人人其乐融融，丝毫没有生活在底层社会的羞愧和烦恼。

可后来随着经济的发展，农村生活的提高和观念的改变，人人忙于挣钱，邻里之间串门的少了，交流少了，矛盾多了。为争家产，兄弟姊妹之间反目为仇，甚至大打出手。离婚的多了，也出现了多子多女却无人赡养老人的现象。农村里的小偷也多了起来，农村大集上的小偷更为猖狂，怯于小偷报复，偷不到自己头上，老百姓都睁只眼闭只眼。

村支书和村主任的位子，成了有些人发家致富的捷径，难怪有些人会花大价钱贿选。最终当选的，定是在村里有势者或有背景者。这已成为一种普遍的现象，而又能有几人是真正为村民着想，带领大家共同致富的呢？

我中专毕业后分到了三线城市里的一家国营大型企业，让我这个走出校门步入社会的学生真正体会到了何谓不公和无可奈何。

我还算幸运，只在车间呆了两个星期就被安排去了科室工作。纺织车间的女工很是辛苦，夏天的气温在摄氏40度以上，穿着短袖短裤还是汗流浃背，更不用说车间里满天飞的棉花毛了，隔上一段时间，女工们就得去洗肺。

我慢慢才明白，厂里的官太太、官小姐、公子等一切有关系背景者都在工作环境较好、工作清闲的岗位上，且无任何工作定额任务等指标。我的妻子虽在针织车间，相比于纺织车间，工作环境还算可以，但却常常加班加点，每天只有几个小时的休息时间，就是这样却因完不成任务指标，到月底拿到手的工资少得可怜。

有一次，妻子劳累过度晕了过去。而我除了怨怒、心疼妻子之外，又能做点什么呢？看着那些悠哉悠哉的当官的太太们、孩子们、亲戚们，我只能用自己的努力来平息心中的愤懑了。

尽管我认真工作，却因不会逢迎巴结，溜须拍马，请客送礼，最终被从科室里精简下来。也有的同事为此幸灾乐祸——有能力又怎样？不巴结领导，还不是难受？！一年后，我用辞职的方式同这家国营企业说了声再见。六年后，这样的企业也就走完了它的历程，倒闭了。

后来我考进了县级的政府机关，也许我就是这次招考中的一条漏网之鱼。进入了机关以后才明白，很多情况下都是先有了萝卜，然后以此为标准再去挖坑，而不是先挖好坑再去选萝卜。

更是在这样的机关中，我才深深体会到了“关系比能力重要”这句话的意义。尽管多次被评为“优秀共产党员”、“先进个人”等称号，可每到提拔重用时，总是无缘。更为感受深刻的是，得知身边的同事们竟与区里的大大小小的领导们有着千丝万缕的联系，而我却形只影单。

一位农村小学的教师可以凭着其任副区长的同学关系，而调到区里的某个清闲部门，悠哉悠哉。试想一下，有多少个所谓的领导，又安排调动了多少个关系亲戚？本应属于毫无背景的有志青年的机会或者机遇，就这样被扼杀了。

所以，我一直不让女儿考公务员，即使考也要考省级以上的，因为底层一级的机关人浮于事，攀比议论，勾心斗角，像我们这样毫无背景者终是牺牲品。好在女儿通过自己的努力，在上海落脚了，也有了不错的工作和收入。毕竟，上海这样的大都市有的是机会，全靠的是能力。

随着时代的进步，底层社会的丑陋现象终会变化的。我们不能以偏概全，以个别来否定全面。相信，这种丑陋会随着制度的健全、社会的发展和人的思想意识的进步而最终消亡。

In 2001, when my daughter was 6 years old, my life could be said to have fallen into a deep valley. I have always had the dream of going out of the textile enterprise which was struggling to survive through the postgraduate entrance examination. It never occurred to me that I could be reduced from the office to do a four –shift work. It was the end of October, the time for the university that I applied for to hold a tutorial class for the postgraduate qualifying examination. I had no choice but to promise to go to work in the new position when I got back from the tutorial class.

After attending the evening tutoring it was already 9. I sat on the stone bench beside the gate of Shandong University, worried and unhappy - if I could pass the entrance examination, I could leave the work; but if I failed, I really had no way out!

I have never been to a college or even the senior high school, and I taught myself English. It was very difficult for me to take part in the postgraduate examination for English majors. I was almost driven into a corner. Exhausted, I fell asleep while sitting on the stone bench. Suddenly I heard the shouting of “Daddy”, I woke up, and looked around, finding it was the little girl playing nearby calling her father.

My wife worked in the branch factory in the city, and our parents couldn’t get away from the family work to take care of the baby for us. My wife and I took turns to send and pick up our daughter to and from the nursery. Naturally I had more time to accompany my daughter, especially at night for I worked in an office.

This was the first time I left my daughter to go to Ji’nan for the tutorial class, When I came back, I heard from my wife that when my daughter didn’t find me back from the nursery, she cried for a long time in the evening. She kept holding the English book I put on the bed, crying: “Daddy is always reading this book at home…” My daughter held the book I often read at home, as if it was her father with her and it seemed that her father had gone far away, never coming back…

Every time I think of it, I can’t stop crying. In a person’s life, there are some voices that you always care about, because they have stayed in your heart. Cherish it, because that’s your blessing, too.

总有声音让你牵挂︱月旦评

2001年，也就是女儿6岁那年，我的人生可以说跌入了低谷。一直想通过考研走出那家摇摇欲坠的纺织企业的我，不想却被从科室里精简了下来，要去干一个倒四班的工作。时至10月底，正是报考学校举行考研辅导班的日子，走投无路的我只好答应，待参加完辅导回来就到新岗位去上班。

参加完晚上的辅导已是9点多了，忧心忡忡的我坐在山东大学校门口的石凳上，郁郁寡欢——如果能考上研究生，就能离开现在的工作单位；可如果考不上，自己就真的没有退路了！对一个没有上过大学，连高中也没有上过的我来说，英语完全是自学的，去参加英语专业的研究生考试，其难度可想而知。我感到自己几乎陷入了绝境，加之身心疲惫，竟坐在石凳上打起了盹来。迷迷糊糊间，突然听到女儿喊“爸爸”的声音，我猛地一激灵，四处张望，原来是附近玩耍的小女孩在喊她的爸爸。

妻子在市里的分厂工作，两个家里的老人都无法脱开身来给我们照看孩子，女儿一直是我们两个轮流从托儿所里接送、照看。因我的办公室与托儿所很近，再者我上的是长白班，自然是陪女儿的时间多一些，尤其是晚上。

我这一次离家去济南参加辅导，这是第一次离开女儿。回来后，听妻子讲女儿从托儿所回来没有见到我，到了晚上大哭了好久，一直抱着我放在床头的那本英语书：“爸爸在家就看这本书……”女儿抱着我常看的那本书，如同那就是她的爸爸，似乎她的爸爸去了很远的地方，再也回不来了……

每每想到此，我总是止不住眼泪。人的一生中，有一些声音总是让你牵挂，难以忘怀，因为它已驻进了你的内心深处。珍惜吧，因为那也是你的福气。

In China, some people carry willow branches with them on the day of their Tomb Sweeping or Qingming Festival. Willow branches are also put up on gates and/or front doors, which they believe help ward off the evil spirits that wander on Qingming. Legend states that on Qingming Festival, the ruler of the underworld allows the spirits of the dead to return to earth. Since their presence may not always be welcome, willow branches keep them away.

When insects begin nibbling a willow tree, the tree sends out a special smell at once. This smell tells the other willows that harmful insects are coming near. All of them quickly make a chemical in their leaves. This chemical is bad to the insects. The insects do not like it and they fly away soon. In this way, the willow trees protect themselves from the insects.

在中国，清明时人们就折上柳枝插在门口，因为他们相信这样就能驱逐在清明节出来游荡的鬼魂。传说，在清明节这一天，阎王爷就许可鬼魂们回到阳间。由于人们并不是那么乐意，所以就用柳枝驱逐他们。

柳树还能够交谈，害虫叮咬柳树时，柳树会接着发出一种特殊的气味，告诉其他的柳树害虫来了。所有的柳树叶子会产生一种对害虫产生刺激的化学物质，害虫受不了就飞走了。通过这种方式，柳树就能保护自己不受害虫的危害。

Although it is already the Spring Equinox, it is still cold these days, and people have put on the thick clothes that were removed.

After suddenly getting warmer, the weather has turned cold again. The spring in the north is like this. Though it is spring, people always feel that the winter has not gone far, and suddenly they would prepare for the summer. Actually, there is no shadow of spring at all. This is what the saying goes, “the spring neck is short.”

On my way home from work, I will pass a stone bridge as usual where people around will sell their vegetables, fruits and so on, serving as a small market. You may find fresh vegetables, good price, and honest people, which naturally is a lively scene.

Today the temperature dropped to zero, especially in the evening and there was a stinging wind. On the bridge, there was only an old man selling vegetables—two bunches of spinach and one bunch of scallion, who, because of the cold wind, was crouching behind the stone edge. Looking at the fresh vegetables, and the shivering old man, I bought all the vegetables: 1 yuan for one bunch of spinach, and 3 yuan for 0.5 kg of scallion, totalling 6.8 yuan. I gave the old man 7 yuan. I just thought that the old man would be able to go home earlier, instead of waiting for the next buyer in the cold wind.

The old man is not rich, and maybe selling these vegetables can bring some income to him and his family. We all have our aged parents, and we will grow old some day. Feeling for others will build a society filled with love.

卖菜的老人

虽说已是春分了，可这几天还是挺冷的，人们又穿上了脱掉的厚衣服。乍暖还寒，北方的春天就是这样，虽是春天了，可总觉得冬天还未走远，可走着走着夏天就来了，根本就没有春天的影子，这就是俗话说的“春脖子短”。

下班回家快到家的路上，照例要经过一座石桥，平日里这就是一个小市场，周围的老百姓会把自己地里种的蔬菜、瓜果等拿到这里来卖。蔬菜新鲜，价格实惠，人也实诚，自然是一派热闹景象。

可今日温度降到了零下，尤其是到了黄昏，又刮起了刺人的寒风，桥头上只有一位老人在卖菜，摆着两捆菠菜和一捆葱，因为风大、寒冷，老人蜷缩在了后面的石柱边。看着新鲜的蔬菜，再看看寒颤颤的老人，我便把这菜全部买了下来：菠菜1元一捆，葱3元1斤，合计了一下共计6.8元，我给了老人7元钱。我只是想，这样老人就可以早早回家了，而不用再在寒风中等下去。

老人并不富裕，也许那点蔬菜能给他和家人带来点收入。我们都有老人，我们也都会有老的那一天，将心比心，才是一个充满爱的社会。
