@karato 留言说煮好的面上打一个生鸡蛋黄，伴着吃，就没有那么辣并且甜味会突出。
给老婆看了一下@karato的建议，老婆马上又给我弄了一碗新版的火鸡面：

味道果然不错！蛋黄很好的中和了辣味，衬托出甜味，面条的口感更加的爽滑。
