跟赞团cn-trail暂停（STEEM这边）

由于steemauto彻底离开了STEEM，STEEM这边的跟赞团cn-trail依靠的steemauto的团跟赞功能也跟着不能用了

所以目前跟赞团cn-trail暂停跟赞，等待重写代码后再上线重新出发

HIVE那边的跟赞团没有影响，继续正常运作
