[Day 9] PLANK challenge with David | 和勇敢一起挑战平板支撑

这是第9天的平板支撑
今天其实和勇敢一起做平板的，但是他在很旁边所以你看不到他。
我和他一起在数数，从1数到60.

昨天睡了一个好觉，今天状态恢复，所以做一分钟没有什么难度，所以加了15秒。

前天提名的 @wongshiying今天也加入平板支撑的活动了～
希望越来越多的人加入。

今天要提名老刘头@liuzg加入平板支撑的挑战。

This is my 9th day of the PLANK challenge.
I did the PLANK with my son David again today, he’s so far away from the camera so you can’t see him.
We counted from 1 to 60 together.

I had a good night of sleep last night, so I’m fully recovered and added 15 seconds to the PLANK.

I’m glad that @wongshiying accepted my invite entered this challenge today.
Hope more and more people take 1 minute from their lifes start PLANK.
