很久沒用Actifit了，現在得悉Actifit和Sportstalk合作，那當然要重新下載來試一試。現在在沙田的科學園上班，員工會使用會所的設施，所以在lunchtime的時候就可以去泳池游一會兒，做做運動。
總共了十多個來回，順道練習自由泳和蛙泳，游完泳後挺神清氣爽的，不錯不錯。
