What’s up fellow Steemians? I cooked a scampi dish last week and would love to share the recipe with you. Hope you will also like this yummy dish, and give it a try yourself! 😋 Believe me - the prawns swimming in rich creamy garlic tomato sauce just taste divine… I ate it with rice as a real Asian ;), you can also mix it with pasta or noodles or potatos, or dip it with bread or crakers or whatever staples at hand - all delicious!

因为常年在外,做饭也经常是food fusion,不断尝试、混合着各种风味和做法。(插播广告:记得参加跨文化活动~ ;p) 西欧这边的烹饪用黄油和奶油的频率很高,我这次做的虾把黄油替换成了葵花籽油,加入了一点淡奶油和番茄,不至于那么腻,同时又保留了汤汁香浓的滋味,很适合这寒冷的冬天温暖肠胃。
最后还即兴发挥地加了些黄瓜片,结果这脆嫩爽滑的意外插曲,跟绵软醇厚的主旋律还挺搭,入口超赞,海陆通吃~(我好残忍), 让我想起在秘鲁时爱吃的一款菜,叫作“海陆相会”(这诗情画意),就是海里游的大虾和陆上跑的牛(肉),配上被菠菜汁染绿的米饭,太好吃了,有空一定要写写。大爱秘鲁菜,简直可以写一百篇啊~ 住在食物寡淡无味的智利时,每周都要靠秘鲁移民开的餐馆来拯救味蕾。
因为是无可救药的重口味,还用泰国的咸鱼露泡了些尖椒粒下饭。然后用剩下的黄瓜刨片和金酒、奎宁水调了杯金汤尼,清新爽口,妙不可言。
我这正宗的亚洲胃,自然是就着米饭吃, 或者你也可以像很多西方人一样,用这种浓浓的奶油番茄虾肉汁伴意面、蘸面包,或者浇在土豆泥上。总之,你身边有什么主食,一起吃都会回味无穷~ 😋。

- Sauté garlic with oil (I used sunflower seeds oil, you can also use butter):
- 油煎蒜粒 (我用的葵花籽油,很多西欧人做肉菜喜欢用黄油煎):

- Stir-fry prawns:
- 翻炒大虾🦐:

- Place peeled tomotoes (peel them by first soaking into piiiiiping hot water and then dipping into iiiiicy cold water) to the wok, and boil 1 minute with the prawns:
- 番茄去皮(先热水再凉水浸泡以便脱皮),加入大虾中一起煮一分钟:

- Add cream and boil for another minute:
- 倒入奶油再煮一分钟:

- Spice up with the spaghetti herbs:
- 加些意面香料:

- I found some cucumbers from the fridge, so they joined too:
- 突然发现冰箱还有黄瓜,所以也切片加进去啦:
