The definition of Bodegón from their page:

Bodegon, a still life photograph, is an artistic composition of several inanimate objects. Still life photographs can be represented with immobile natural materials, such as flowers, seeds, fruits and shells. Or use everyday elements made by man, such as kitchen utensils, work tools or ornaments, which is creating a boom among photographers. Crayons, pencils, paints and 3D objects can be used to create good artistic drawings manually. The design software is also used as an artistic tool to create a good still life.

Today I’m sharing a photo I took at Hastings Point, an attractive coastal settlement in the Tweed Shire of New South Wales, Australia.

It’s one of our first stops on the road trip during the extended Christmas and New Year holiday, when it was the hottest time in this part of Straya. We enjoyed the sea and stayed one night at this venue among other caravans and tents.

This small hamlet is surrounded by a large national park, and it’s nestled between the vast ocean and a delicate estuary. Offering a wide range of choices for various water sports, this area is popular among locals as well as visitors.

It was a hot summer day in Bordeaux, France. People were chilling at the big pool on the quay of the Garonne in the city. I passed by and snapped some shots including this one below:

This place is called Le Miroir d’eau (The Water Mirror). It’s one of the world’s largest reflecting pools, covering 3,450 square metres. These granite slabs are covered by only 2 cm of water, but it’s enough for locals as well as visitors to have fun (and splashes) on hot summer days.

Here is an over-the-head shot of my desk, with a cup of coffee, a sketchbook, a pencil, a laptop and a notebook (tip ;p). I took this photo last year in the office in Queensland, Australia. It’s my entry for @ntopaz’s Still Life Bodegon contest by @acostaeladio.

So I arranged these objects on the awesome orange standing desk, and then stood on the chair and shot the picture with my iPhone 7. That’s it! :)

这些照片都是我用平铺俯拍方式拍的，以前提过这种平铺俯拍片近几年在Ins上和各图库网站比较流行，是很多用户搜索配图的素材。常见的有一桌吃的或办公用品、一地护肤品或化妆品、一地图的旅行用品之类。

题图用来参加@ntopaz的静物摄影比赛，是我在办公桌边拍的。过程很简单：把桌上的办公用品和咖啡进行排列，然后用手机朝下俯拍。

Greetings everyone! I’m sharing with you some minimal style photos I took right after sunrise. It was at around 7am in Erg Chebbi, the large seas of dunes formed by wind-blown sand in Morocco.

The sand in the Sahara Desert here looked more orangish than in the other dunes I’ve seen before. The heavy storm of the previous night also contributed to the deeper colours. I just couldn’t have enough of the gorgeous curves and shades formed by nature. Hope you would enjoy them as I did! =)

今天分享几张撒哈拉沙漠的简洁风沙丘照片，拍于早上七点左右，日出之后。
这儿的沙子呈现橙黄色，比我以前在其他沙漠地带看到的沙丘颜色要深，跟前一晚下的暴雨应该也有关系。
看着这美妙的光影、色调和线条，我又一次被大自然的造化所深深折服。

Hey, have you ever baked eggs in avocado? Do you like this brunch classic? I first tried it in San Antonio of Texas, USA, and was told later that it might have originated from the American Southwest. Since then, I have learned to make this culinary delight. Pretty, tasty and nourishing. Always fun to bring a recipe back from travels, isn’t it?

Here’s the cooking method. It’s not so difficult as you can see. A few tips:

• Preheat the oven to 220 °C (425 °F).
• Use an empty egg shell to scoop up the egg yolk to fill the avo cavities.
• Season with salt, pepper, bacon, chives or whatever you want.
• Bake for around 15 minutes, depending on how you want the egg texture. (I prefer more solid yolk, so I baked it for 16 minutes.)
• The scooped avo can be made into guacamole. :)

你尝试过牛油果烤蛋吗？今天我就来分享一下这一美味的做法。最先是在美国德州的圣安东尼奥吃到这道独特的小食，据说起源于美国西南部，从此就不时自己做做来解馋。:) 牛油果和蛋黄的组合营养很好，粉滑香浓的口感，颜色搭配也赏心悦目，但吃多了会比较腻，一般一次两个牛油果加上四个蛋黄已经足够。

具体做法请看上面的照片，其中需要注意的几点：

• 预热烤箱到220度；
• 用半个空蛋壳舀蛋黄去填充挖空的一半牛油果比其他工具效果好；
• 可以根据个人喜好洒上盐、胡椒粉、培根、小葱等调味；
• 烤15分钟左右；（因为我更喜欢全熟的蛋黄，所以烤了16分钟。）
• 挖出来的牛油果肉也可以做成鳄梨酱（牛油果沙拉）。
