His explanation is that increaseing the consumption rate of SP, such as leaking pipes thicker 8 times, the others is unchanged. So in fact, what will be the influence? Whom will be more influenced?

For voters, the income is basically unchanged. The rewards is the same as 5 votes and 40 votes in return,, the amount of whale’s work has been reduced.But it is a bad news for newbies. Newbies with lower income will be disappointed to leave the community, the community’s attractiveness will be reduced. Just hope that the facts are moving in a good direction.

对于投票人来讲，收益基本不变。一天投5票和一天投40票收益一样，大鲸鱼们的工作量减低了。对于作者来讲，恐怕就是好坏参半的消息了。由于投票的重要性提高，那么人们出于自身的利益出发，当然是更加优先投给成功的作者，而不是新人。那么结果是，两极分化更加严重，新人冒尖的难度更大。大批新人的收益将锐减。虽然限投5票将限制过度投票和机器人，但杀敌一千，自损八百。收入降低的新人将会失望地离开社区，社区的吸引度将降低。

社区在往更加严格的方向发展，一时的改变还很难说是好坏。只是希望事实是在朝着好的方向发展。
