之前说过Amazon开ec2 instance 受到限制,不好好在是我提交了support case来要求增加EC2 Instances的Limit,Amazon很快就有的答复并且批准了请求。

虽然我口头没说,但是心里还是默默地给Amazon点了赞,响应迅速并能很好地解决问题。
然而这两天,我遇到的事情彻底颠覆了我对Amazon云服务的看法,这服务岂能点赞,简直应该差评。
还是Service limits问题,我又开了个新实例,遇到Service limits,轻车熟路地提交了support case,然后收到Aws的答复。
但是这个答复怎么看都是自动模板回复呢?并且也没有即时批准我的请求。然后我手动回复一下,问何时能批准,过了一个多小时也没人理会。
又回了一个问有没有更新,同样是一个多小时也没人理我,过了好久以后终于有人回复了,说是:
Your request is still being reviewed by our service team. They usually reply to us within 24 - 48 hours to reply to us and I will contact you immediately once I have received a response from them.
I do apologize for the delay in getting a resolution for you, however limit increases are managed and processed by a team outside for the Accounts and Billing team and we rely on them for resolution.
然而已经过了24小时,我还是未能等到它们的答复,哎,明明是我送钱给你们,买你们的服务,怎么还这么费劲呢?
