故此，短暂时间，有关代理SP给@team-cn获得的每日利息金额从0.05% 短期内下调至 0.02%(大概7.3%年利率)。每日STEEM/SBD分红和持有NBC获得点赞保持不变。
NBC新手币为公益项目，所收到各项金额，会尽量分配合各持币者，与及稳定回购价。
故此市况回稳后，我们会逐步上调分红比例至 0.03%-0.04%，甚至重回 0.05% 的原分红比例。
此次变更将在4月30日生效， 希望大家见谅
In view of the current sharp decline in the currency market, we are afraid that after NBC distributes dividends to everyone, the balance may not be sufficient to support NBC’s stable repurchase amount of 1 Steem.

Therefore, after the market conditions stabilize, we will gradually increase the dividend ratio to 0.03% -0.04%, and even return to the original dividend ratio of 0.05%.
