此书既然是谈修身，我一边读就一边就找出关于修身的词。

如下：

惜福。习劳。持戒。自尊。知足。
抱璞。慎交。静心。因果。坦荡。
发愿。不辩。虚心。慎独。宽厚。
吃亏。寡言。不嗔。从容。俭约。
谨严。缓退。不争。忍让。仁义。

看看这些词，其实儒道佛在修身这点上多有相通之处。

刚刚看完《金刚经说什么》，金刚经是禅宗经典，李叔同被誉为律宗第十一世祖。一个禅宗，讲求顿悟，一个律宗，讲求一步步慢慢来。各有所长。

金刚经里面，弟子问佛怎么静心，佛说，就这么静心！这是禅宗。
还是金刚经里面，弟子听了佛的话，不懂，佛于是继续说，善护念。
如何做到善护念，五戒，八戒，律宗算是给出了一个可能的答案。

其实悟到便是悟到了。悟不到便是悟不到。

不管是当头一棒，还是铁杵成针，你开心就好。

1、风来竹面。雁过长空。行云流水。雪泥鸿爪。万花丛中过，片叶不沾身。

雁过长空。这是佛学的境界。
天空中不留下飞鸟的痕迹，但我已飞过。这是诗人的境界。

2、放下屠刀，立地成佛

南怀瑾说：你们连刀子都不敢拿，拿起来怕割破了手。拿屠刀的人可是玩真的，真有杀人的本事，大魔王的本事，是一个大坏蛋，但他一念向善，放下屠刀，自然立地成佛！你们手里连刀子都没有，放下个什么啊！

不入红尘，何以放下红尘。本不在红尘，何以超脱红尘。

如何静心？就是这样静心！
如何静心？善护念。

同样一句话，悟后是证到了这个境界，开悟前只是理念上的话。

二祖来求达摩祖师，说此心不能安，请师父替我安心。
达摩祖师说，你拿心来，我给你安。

夜深忽闻鸡啼远，不要灰心，远远听到鸡鸣了，总归有一个人会出来的，不要看长夜漫漫，总会有天亮的时候。

空和灰心不同。空和心灰意冷不同。
更何况，空不是真空。真空是行云流水雁过无痕。

同是劫灰过往客，枉从得失计输赢。

世事无常，如何摆脱烦恼 - 善护念
如何善护念 - 无所住
怎样无所住 - 不生法相

万花丛中过，片叶不沾身

将如何抛却自己的烦恼求诸于佛，本就是缘木求鱼。
自己就是佛，自己的事要自己了断。
如何断？不断就是断。
无非就是红尘一过客，又何必为难自己断还是不断。
